Legal Disclaimer for Soirée Blanche Event

By purchasing a ticket to or attending the Soirée Blanche event ("Event"), you ("Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Attendee acknowledges that participation in the Event involves inherent risks. Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
2. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee waives any right to hold Robert Burns #59, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates ("Organizers") liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred while attending the Event.
3. INDEMNIFICATION: Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from Attendee's actions or omissions during the Event.
4. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: Attendee acknowledges that alcohol will be served at the Event and agrees to consume responsibly. Organizers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated. Attendee is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from alcohol consumption.
5. DRESS CODE: Attendee agrees to adhere to the all-white dress code. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with the dress code, without refund.
6. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE: Attendee grants Organizers permission to use their likeness in photographs, video recordings, or electronic images in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration.
7. CHARITABLE DONATIONS: Attendee understands that a portion of the ticket price is a charitable donation. The tax-deductible amount of the donation will be specified in a receipt provided after the Event.
8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be issued at the Organizers' discretion. No refunds will be provided for Attendee cancellations.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Attendee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations while attending the Event.
10. HEALTH AND SAFETY: Attendee agrees to comply with any health and safety measures implemented by Organizers or the venue, including but not limited to COVID-19 related precautions.
11. EJECTION: Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Organizers to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these terms and conditions, without refund.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Organizers' total liability to Attendee for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by Attendee for the Event ticket.
13. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
14. GOVERNING LAW: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
